Philosophy

I believe that caring about the body is about cultivating a loving relationship with the body. About giving ourselves the opportunity to experience our bodies differently. So that we can live the life we want to live.

Environment is the biggest factor in reaching our goals. Get the environment right and the consistency and work will be much easier. Is your environment in support of your goals? Are you surrounded by people who are supportive or on a similar path? What about joy, fun, satisfaction? Are these an intentional part of your process?

Mobility Training is joint-specific strength training designed to develop maximum body control, flexibility and usable range of motion. 

 

A joint-by-joint system, grounded in science, for developing flexibility at the joint level (down into the capsule, the socket), and then layering strength and control on top. 

 

The outcome is increased degrees of freedom in your joints, increased control, increased strength, increased capacity and a deep buttery feeling that accumulates over time.
